Methyl Ripped Diet Pills Review
Methyl Ripped is a
diet pill that is marketed
toward body-builders. It contains seven proprietary blends as its list of
diet supplement ingredients. It contains di-caffeine malate and green tea, two stimulants that
help burn fat. As with all stimulants, we must be careful to ingest only small
quantities so as to not bring on side effects such as heart palpitations,
elevated heart rate, jitters, etc. Methyl Ripped also contains
guggulsterones (testosterone builders) which help increase the rate at which
muscles recover and rebuild. Guggulsterones come in two forms – brown and yellow
– and only one is actually effective for quick weight loss. Because the yellow form is much more
available and much cheaper, it is widely used by manufacturers in
muscle-building formulas, but the brown form is the one that actually gets
results. Methyl Ripped's proprietary "complexes" (blends) are worth
looking at. One "complex" consists of only one weight loss diet ingredient, and it is 5mg – that
hardly constitutes a "complex." They are most likely using fillers in each
blend. One ingredient in Methyl Ripped
has been known to help build muscle and change the composition of the body –
forskolin. Unfortunately, studies have shown that it needs to be taken in doses
near 500mg per day for at least 12 weeks, but Methyl Ripped only contains
50mg.
Conclusion: Because of the use of stimulants and the insufficient quantity of certain ingredients, Weight Loss Guide.com does not recommend you buy Methyl Ripped diet pills.
