TrimSpa X32 Diet Pills Review
TrimSpa X32 came onto the market in 2003 and was the top selling
diet pill in
America from 2004 to 2006. The original formula contained ephedra, which has since been removed due
to the FDA ban. It is an incredibly popular diet pill – they spend a significant amount of money on
advertising and celebrity endorsements. TrimSpa X32 contains Chromium, glucomannan, glucosamine,
cocoa extract, green tea extract, and Hoodia Gordonii. Chromium is intended to balance sugar levels
and control sugar cravings. Very few studies have been conducted, and there is no clinical proof that
Chromium has these effects. Glucomannan, as we have discussed previously, is a water-soluble fiber that
expands in the body and makes us feel full. Especially with TrimSpa X32, there have been a number of
reports of choking hazards and severe throat pain when the glucomannan expands before it exits the throat
or esophagus. There is no certification to prove that the Hoodia Gordonii in
TrimSpa X32 is the real
deal, but even it is, it is only included in a 125mg dosage, which is not nearly enough to provide the
appetite suppressing power you would need in order to lose weight. When examining user reviews, it seems
to be split down the middle – half of the users love it and have seen significant
weight loss, and the
other half have not seen results, and some have also experienced side effects.
Conclusion: While some of the user reviews share positive stories, without the addition of more effective weight loss diet ingredients (or larger quantities of some of the effective ones already included), Weight Loss Guide.com cannot recommend the purchase of TrimSpa X32 diet pills.
